Ben Mazzotta spent 20 years as a data scientist and strategy consultant before founding Clarevant. His clients included financial services providers, fintechs, healthcare organizations, impact investors, and payments companies. His expertise includes the impact investment metrics; financial modeling of public sector wage payments; digital retail payments systems; disaster risk financing; and the economics of cybersecurity risk.

Consulting experience directly informs Ben’s approach to leadership and talent development. As head of research, he led training programs in quantitative methods for junior analysts and conducted extensive technical assistance with client analytics teams.
